Who we are

Northernstar provides software for vending machine operators. We do not run vending machines and we do not sell products to the public.

Our platform

Operators use the platform under a written agreement with us. That agreement sets out the service, the fees and the responsibilities of each side. These terms do not replace it.

Buying at a machine

The items in a machine are sold by the operator who owns it. The amount to pay is shown on the machine screen before you pay. The amount on the QR code is the amount you pay. If the machine fails to give you your item, you are refunded as set out in our refund policy.

This website

This website gives information about Northernstar. It has no accounts. Please do not misuse it or try to disrupt it.

Fair use of machines

Do not damage or tamper with a machine, and do not try to get items without paying.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
