Problem with a purchase at a machine? The items in a machine are sold by the operator who owns it, so contact the operator named on the machine first. If you cannot reach them, write to us with the date and time, the amount, the UPI transaction reference from your UPI app, and where the machine is. If the machine failed to give your item, the refund is automatic. See the refund policy.
